The quality assurance module provides the capability to access, either directly or remotely, the centrally held ‘single-source’ item specification data using the latest mobile technologies. This eliminates paperwork, administration, duplication and the risk of using previous versions of specification data. Through this remote accessibility, quality assurance can be applied in many areas and functions including: goods intake, recipe control, production line setup, operational QC plant or line checks and intermediate, work in progress and finished goods assessment.

Material data is held within Creations and can be reviewed by many functions, for example: product development for selecting materials with a good quality ‘history, procurement to review supplier quality performance and number of ‘rejects, or technical and to determine process capability.

The system offers the collection and analysis of data to provide full traceability through manufacture, including:
