The functionality within the incident management module has been designed to support the communication, investigation and consequences of a product related crisis or incident.
Often used in conjunction with other Creations modules, the system’s alert management is intended to secure a prompt response to a request for information on an issue or problem. Withdrawal tracking, as part of incident management, holds a record of product withdrawn from sale and identifies the reason against definable categories.
The functionality provided allows for an ‘alert’ message to be raised and issued to selected recipients – which may be a single supplier or a group based on a product category. The ‘alert’, which may include a ‘respond by’ date and time deadline, can be tracked through to the supplier, with reporting of responses.
